Director of Program Management

As the Director of Program Management, Mike Gross is responsible for managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar customer contracts from RFP response to project completion. Gross oversees the program management team to ensure the successful delivery of program timelines, communication plans, and program reporting. He excels at managing educational content development, as well as material development, production, quality control and customer distribution.

Gross has an extensive educational background, guaranteeing exceptional management of all programs that fall under his direction. Gross received his Bachelor of Science in Managerial Sciences at the University of Nevada, Reno. He then went on to Grand Canyon University where he graduated with an MBA in Marketing. His experience includes nearly 25 years in marketing and as a PMP® certified program manager, including 8 years in program management at RAP.
