Resource Action Programs® (RAP), a Nevada based corporation, announced today that Drew Talley has joined the firm as a Program Consultant. Talley’s primary role will be to further develop the utility market of the Southern United States, while providing program support for water districts across the Country.
Talley spent the last seven years in Business Development for the Texas Water Conservation Association Risk Management Fund working exclusively with water districts throughout the state of Texas.
Talley has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas State University in San Marcos. Talley studied Foods and Nutrition at the University prior to becoming involved in water conservation.
